Dusigarane Home & Hospital Care Ltd is a Kigali-based healthcare enterprise providing professional home-based and bedside care for elderly and chronically ill patients in Rwanda.
With non-communicable diseases accounting for over 44% of deaths nationally, many patients require long-term care after hospital discharge. However, Rwanda currently lacks structured home-based healthcare services.
Dusigarane addresses this gap by delivering integrated medical and psychosocial support through trained nurses, general practitioners, and social workers. Our model improves patient outcomes, reduces hospital readmissions, and supports families providing long-term care.
